Self Defense Tip # 45 – Keys and how to use them

Keys and self defense

Stop putting keys between your fingers for self defense. The fingers are not a good support and this type of movement will not have any real impact. Instead, grab the keys in a hammer fist and just hammer away at the target. In this manner you won’t break your fingers and you will have much more effect. It’s not only safer, it’s much more powerful as well.

Safety is about layers. You need to have multiple means of protection to keep yourself safe. Lock your doors, set your alarms, get physical training as well as mental training. Be like an onion and have layers not the apple which has only 1. Only in doing this can you be assured you’ve covered all your bases to the best of your ability.
