Self Defense Tip #26 – Hands Kill

ACWA TIP 26 - Hands Kill

TIP # 26

If you can’t see someones hands or they are unwilling to readily show you them, be on guard, they likely are trying to conceal something from you. I’ve had to say “show me your hands” in live situations more than once and if someone won’t do it, it sends you a pretty clear image that something is about to go wrong.

Self Defense Tip # 25 – Never go to crime scene #2

ACWA TIP 25 - Never Go To Crime Scene 2

ACWA TIP 25 - Never Go To Crime Scene 2

TIP # 25

You always stand a better chance of survival in an abduction situation if you stand your ground and fight right then and there. Statistically each time you go to a new location your chances of returning go down by half! If you’re hurt at least it’s where someone could find you and call for help….that’s not necessarily the case if you get in someones car. Don’t “Wait for the right time” as this is that time…..

Self Defense Tip # 41 – Know your exits BEFORE you need them

TIP41- Know your Exits

TIP41- Know your Exits

Know your exits before you need them!

This tip applies to self preservation in general.  Anytime you go into a new environment, understand that the way you arrived is the same way that everyone else arrived as well.  If a crowd runs for and exit, it will be the same way they all came in.  In the middle of a crowd trying to get though just 1 small door is simply not a good place for you.

Similarly in a self defense situation, the exit that someone may be blocking is typically only AN option not THE option.

Look around and find your exits before you need them, often there are several choices if we only take time to pay attention to our environment.
